I rode a motorcycle (PW 50) for the first time when I was four years old. I grew up riding and racing the local Black Jack Enduro Series. I won the (under 12 years old) youth championship two years in a row (2002 and 2003) in that series, at the ages of 9 and 10. After those championships, I took a little break from riding, and really got back into it in 2006 when I was thirteen. I began competing in the Arkansas Harescramble Championship Series and placed second in Junior Long in 2006. In 2007, I started the year in junior long, but only did two races there (winning both). After those wins, I moved up to the C class for two more races which I won both as well. Next I moved to the B class for the rest of the year. I won most of those races, giving me the B Open championship at the age of fourteen. In 2008, I raced the A Open class in the Arkansas harescrambles along with A Open in the Black Jack enduros and select few Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas harescrambles. I won the A class in both series and earned second overall in both series. In 2009, at the age of sixteen, I was determined to win the AA-Pro championship in the Arkansas Harescrambles. I achieved that goal, making me the youngest rider to ever win the overall championship. In 2010, I was able to win my second Arkansas Harescramble overall championship. I had a tough year with many mechanical problems, but still managed to achieve my main goal, and also gain more experience at the national level racing select GNCC and OMA events. In 2011 we ventured off to the National Enduro series. I had a great year there and finished 2nd in the 250A class and 17th overall. I was also able to win the overall championship in the Black Jack enduro series in 2011. For 2012 I will be riding for the Airgroup Radiant Racing team competing in the National Enduro series. This is an opportunity I have been striving for my whole life, and can’t wait to see where it takes me!
